I'm partial to https://www.kusc.org/

one of the only publicly supported classical stations in the U.S....and no commercials, but they do have fundraising drives 2x a year. I can receive their radio signal here in San Diego while driving or I can stream on my phone/internet.

but they have loads of support locally and their fundraisers typically only last 2 to 3 days till they meet their goals. There's one going on right now, and this is day two, but I think they only fund raise till mid to late afternoon.

Is this the same as all Classical Portland, one of my top 4 picks? The others being WETA, Classical Minnesota Public Radio, and Symphony 92.4.

Affiliated with the University of Oregon, but not funded by the university. Also not affiliated with Public Broadcasting or Oregon Public Radio.

Prior to the pandemic it was not uncommon to be on the road at least 10 hours a day, listening to classical always. At their website affiliates were listed leading me to ask.
