as Yunchan Lim thundered through the finale of Rachmaninov’s third piano concerto.

Six competitors went head-to-head at the weekend in the final round of the sixteenth Van Cliburn International Piano Competition in Fort Worth, Texas.

every 4 years.

It was a wonderful competition and the winners were all exceptional. I will admit to disappointment that Clayton Stephenson did not medal.
