Alex Lifeson "Shut Up Shuttin' Up".

From his under the radar 1996 Victory album.

Aleksandar Živojinović was born in BC Canada in August of 1953. Of course he ultimately went on to form the band Rush in which he played guitar. During that stint Alex did just one solo project, Victor.

Victor was attributed as a self-titled work (i.e. Victor is attributed as the artist as well as the album title). This was done deliberately as an alternative to issuing the album explicitly under Lifeson's name. As a result, few knew who the artist really was except the most devout fans of Rush. Recorded at Lerxst Sound (Lifeson's home studio) from October 1994 through July 1995, the LP only reached 99 on the Billboard Hot 200.

Lifeson's wife Charlene is one of the two women in the track dialogue; the other woman is simply listed as "Esther". Other than the humorous running commentary, it's all blazing guitar work.
