But oddly enough, was the song that drove Clapton from the band.
He hated the tune.
This video is from after he left, because that's Jeff Beck playing 12 string guitar. Also, odd is that Jeff is singing. He really didn't like to sing on stage.

Hat He proves hie their biggest hit. There is a saying out there ' Clapton's not God and he proves it so many times. He wasn't the easiest guy to get along with. He hated Jeff Beck , he hated Jack Bruce and he stole George Harrisons wife Patti right under his nose while pretending t o be a friend. As a person he wasn't the best.
