... saw him play with the original Animals in Mesa, AZ in '84 outdoors. they did not sound anything like sellouts. They played like Animals.

Burdon has a killer voice and he kept it until recently, which is incredibly amazing.
Steve Marriott and Robin Zander had great voices too. Robin's not that great now and Steve died a long time ago.
