Been watching Rolling Thunder Review on Netflix.

Woodie Guthrie was Bob Dylan's first musical and poetic inspiration. This song breaks my brain. "All You Fascists Bound to Lose".

Re: the documentary. One needs a truth detector. It's no wonder we're so confused as a nation. Remember when what we knew most about G Washington was about the Cherry Tree and not telling a lie? What sort of crock nation are we really...

Can’t remember all the performers as there was some smoking herb being passed around, like a bucket in a fire brigade, but Joan Baez was definitely there.

The most impressive thing was at the end . They drew the curtain and Bob Dylan came out with a guitar and sang songs, one after another. After a while, the crowd seemed to think it was time to go, but Dylan just kept playing and singing.

No one could say they didn’t get their money’s worth.

I ended up marrying the girl I took to the concert. We’ celebrated our 48th anniversary last June.

So, The Rolling Thunder Review was good start for our marriage.

It must have been Fall '75. It continued in the Spring of '76. It's a staggering thought to think how many words he's memorized.
