Lady Gaga had 36 hours to work on her Grammy performance.

Of course she had far longer than that for the concept and theoretical work…but she was on tour in Japan and only landed in LA 36 hours before the awards. That's all the time she had to actually work with the band (there's a reason there are no dancers and no choreography) to rehearse and sort out the show. "Talented" is an understatement.

2. today I saw a Puerto Rican friend, one of her favorite parts of the show was Lady Gaga, but she LOVED the entire show.
