The Beat tour went out, with his blessing, because his arthritis would not allow the rigors of touring.
Steve Vai took on Robert's role and his prodigious skills were up to it.
I saw them in November 2024. They were superb.
I was a little ambivalent about buying the ticket until I read that Fripp & Bruford wholly endorsed the tour.
