Short eared owls

I heard about a group of short eared owls in a field not far from me. went out in the rain to try and get some shots. Ill go back to the field in a couple days once its better weather

I received this book from my wife for Christmas. I've already read "Becoming Wild" and "What Animals Think and Feel" but the same author. I can't wait to read it:
