I am utterly familiar with these--they grow all over my town. Very hardy, don't need much water and are beautiful besides!

4. The previous owner of our house planted them on our front yard garden wall. We've been here 44 years.....

......and they are still doing just fine, thank you. I'm convinced that they really could "live forever".

6. I guess I'm going to be the exception....

I had these lovely succulents in the brick planter outside my back door and they didn’t make it, much to my disappointment. This is a beautiful photo of how I wished they’d looked! I love the pale mint green color.
