Ice storms can indeed be beautiful.
P.S. Wisconsin is beautiful, in general. I live in northern Illinois, less than an hour from the Wisconsin state line, and visit often.

Here in Northeastern New York we had our last ice storm less that 2 weeks ago. Winter is not over here, either.
