Related: About this forumInsomnia. Watched an old ep of "Land of the Giants" tonight.
Couldn't recognize a single one of the cast by name or appearance. Hadn't realized it was yet another Irwin Allen production. Only other recognizable name was John Williams, who composed the music.
Like Allen's previous series Lost in Space and The Time Tunnel, the theme music was composed by John Williams.
It wasn't the worst show I watched that night, by a long shot, but that's setting the bar really low.
LOTG originally aired when I was 8-10 years old. I remember seeing part of one show at a cousin's house. I don't think we had a TV then.

(15,359 posts)1. I had the Land of the Giants model. It was a giant Rattlesnake. I barely remember
The Time Tunnel. As a little kid, I thought both shows were great.

When it began but I didn't watch it. I was pretty much done with teevee by then. But I remember the teaser ads. I don't think any of my siblings cared for it either though some liked Lost in Space which is how I managed to see the "Danger, Danger, Will Robinson!" thing. I hated that show, made me cringe for some reason.
