American and Israeli bombs have since killed over 1,000 Iranians, as IRGC enforcers continue to crack down on domestic protest. U.S. Representative Yassamin Ansari, the child of Iranian refugees, is the only Democratic Iranian-American in Congress. She says she feels "a wide mix of emotions" over what she argues is an "illegal war." Rep. Ansari joins the show from D.C.

Action is intensifying on the Israel-Lebanon front of the Iran war. On Wednesday the IDF reported a third soldier killed in combat against Hezbollah in southern Lebanon. This comes as Israel targets bridges over the Litani River and occupies the area in order to cut off Hezbollah and isolate the group's strongholds. Kim Ghattas is a Lebanese journalist and author. She explains how the escalation in Lebanon could reshape the Middle East for years to come.
