Raul Grijalva
I know there have been posts in GD, but Arizona needs a little blurb too.
I didn't really know him but had a connection through the local scene in Tucson. when I was involved with the local community radio station back in the late 90s and early 2000s a group of us met regularly at a South Tucson restaurant, El Dorado for our strategy sessions. this is back when I first met Jim Swope (MiddleFingerMom).
He would frequent the same place and a few of our group were more involved in local politics, so he would sometimes come greet/chat our table. I remember he was pretty gregarious, like a lot of politicians but he seemed to enjoy life and that is what I remember about him.
Anyway, another loss to our country.
