Town of Gypsum municipal election scheduled for April 7

The town of Gypsum will hold its municipal election on Tuesday, April 7, with one mayoral seat and three Town Council seats open for election.

This will be a polling-place election. Voters may cast their ballots on Election Day at the Gypsum Council Chambers, located at Town Hall, 50 Lundgren Blvd., Gypsum, CO 81637.

As part of this year’s election, Mayor Steve Carver has announced his retirement after more than 30 years of service and dedication to the Gypsum community. Council member Bill Baxter will also be concluding his service on the Town Council. Their leadership and commitment have helped guide Gypsum through numerous community projects and initiatives.
