Lots of snow reports still arriving but looks like 3 to 5 inches is common in the area.

4.1 at National, 4.4 at Dulles and 4.9 at BWI.
Cold air helped keep totals close to each other in many spots.

Phila's 2 year snow drought has finally ended, too. I hate seeing old movies where there is snow on the ground in the winter scenes. I have the feeling this lack of snow is really the new "normal".
