I thought the Kennedy Center board had issued a statement regarding the dismissal of several board members and David Rubenstein yesterday. I went to a local source to check. WUSA, a TV station in DC, had an article with a link.

Cloudflare's anti-DDoS protection might by set to super-paranoid or it may be misconfigured.

5. Looks to me like a backdoor way

to collect more data, as in IP address, routing info, etc. We know they're making lists already; this just looks to me like one more way to gather more info or pin the data to a certain user or user type. But then, I'm cynical even on the best of days... you don't even want to see on my worst! (LOL)

6. Most likely, by going through the first site, the second site's security software

is too aggressive in thinking they are being spammed by bots.
