I thought the Kennedy Center board had issued a statement regarding the dismissal of several board members and David Rubenstein yesterday. I went to a local source to check. WUSA, a TV station in DC, had an article with a link.
Kennedy Center responds to Trump's announcement that he's taking over as chairman
When I clicked on the link in the article to the boards statement, I got this:

Why have I been blocked?
This website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks. The action you just performed triggered the security solution. There are several actions that could trigger this block including submitting a certain word or phrase, a SQL command or malformed data.
What can I do to resolve this?
You can email the site owner to let them know you were blocked. Please include what you were doing when this page came up and the Cloudflare Ray ID found at the bottom of this page.
It looks as if you can get in normally, through the front door, but not through the newsroom.

But then, I'm cynical even on the best of days... you don't even want to see on my worst! (LOL)
