If you’re in cold climes—most of the country this week—an old fashioned or even a hot toddy seems more appropriate to the season. Heck, most Mexican limes aren’t even ripe until September ( although the can bear lightly year round.)

Nevertheless, I’ll “force” myself to celebrate.

It can't be The Dept of Motor Vehicles promoting drinking. Maybe it is the DMV of New Orleans since they have drive through alcoholic beverages available at many places.
