The 3.2% was our increase for 2024. I just read that 2025 is expected to be between 2.6% and 2.9%.

Between car, house, insurance and property taxes, its a shit show. They will definitely begin pricing people out of Florida soon. People who lived their whole lives here are now being priced out. Its sad.
