Ogonquit is still wonderful.

Portland's Exchange Place was fun up to th 80's. Now, who wants to go there to see a Starbucks and Gap store?

maybe catching the moon later, and sunRISE tomorrow!

Ogonquit looked interesting, and going to see Portland museum tomorrow, so may get my special drink from Starbucks; tastebuds don't like coffee now but barister @ home invented a new drink, which satisfies me; it's a win! Will look around Portland for 'stuff.'

A drive out to Cape Elizabeth is nice. Haven't been there in decades but it might still be nice and peaceful.

5. Ogonquit, on Rt 1, within a few miles of Old Orchard. It is a better use of your time than Portland

It has a Marginal Way walk of about 2 miles. Every bend of the path introduces a magnificent view. I don't know if you have a camera (hee, hee) but you will get good usage of it on the Marginal Way. It was a WPA/CCC project during the Great Depression.

Save Portland for the evening and get a ticket for one of the harbor cruises... bring a jacket as it will be cool/cold. Find a cruise that goes to the lighthouse.

Just looked it up: 'The Rebekah, a beachfront Inn, was built in the early 1900’s as part of the historic Lafayette Hotel complex.'

Stayed @ Ramada in Kittery/Portsmouth yesterday.
