1. I went to the link and found this that indicates he's a Democrat:

Which is no reason to feel sorry for him or shield him from prosecution. Lock him up!

He was the independent spoiler against democrat Michaud,which allowed psycho Republican LaPage to be elected

He ran as an Independent twice, split the vote and the odious Paul Le Page was elected twice. Cutler was supported both times by Sen. Angus King. King switched his support to Michaud in the 2nd race in 2014, but by then the damage was done.

LePage is running again against Dem. incumbent Gov
Janet Mills. We will do our best to keep Mills in.
