Another oldie was Carl Pellonpaa was a long time broadcaster and host of "Finland Calling" which first aired back in 1962 on TV6. Carl passed away in 2018.

Nice country up there in Marquette. We got snowed it up in that area on our way to or from Michigan

Tech back in the late 70"s. I think it was in Gaylord or Greylock. There was a McD's and a hotel. It was a chain hotel like Holiday Inn if I recall. We had to call the office in the morning because the snow had drifted 4'-5' of snow up against our door
