No, not at all. Human Resources are the most valuable of all, sure Canada would be ok with it.

They like attack dogs, AR-15s, barbed wire. The cultural mix could prove unstable too.

We have the most beautiful Spring and Autumn weather. Sometimes Summer gets pretty steamy but it doesn't last long, and it's good for the tomatoes.
I just prepare to be homebound for long stretches, between December and March.
