Had to laugh at this one. Note he was also charged with drug possession of schedule 1, 2, 3 and 4 drugs. Kind of explains a lot. It took three officers to restrain him.

Minnesota has pretty decent gun laws. Wouldn't it be interesting if it comes out this guy had tried to get one and failed. We never hear about the cases where the laws worked and kept guns out of the hands of people who shouldn't have them.

I have lived in Minnesota and am quite fond of the state

9. Guns

I remember my Dad having to sign off on concealed carry permits as a police chief in a Mpls suburb. People had to have a valid reason to get one. I remember last year when SCOTUS tossed out that requirement. Here in CA the gun nuts really celebrated as CA had the same policy.

I also remember living in AZ. Open carry everywhere. I felt much safer in MN.
