When willl early balloting start?

Not sure about the term. I think about a week before Nov. 3rd, when one can go to, say, City Hall, and just feed the filled ballot to the machine? As opposed to inserting it into the envelope with the voter details to be opened later?

General Election

First day to vote early in person: Friday, September 18

My ballot was received in the mail by the 25th, filled it out, hand delivered it to the County Court House.

when you fill it, put in the envelope provided and submit to SOS when it would be counted - I don't know.

Direct balloting requires no envelopes. Just feed into the machine as one would do on election day.

probably both Rs will have to select the less rabid..
