(402 posts)I say kill them damn things. Deer are a huge hazard and with the lack of predators to keep the herd numbers down something needs to be done. And this is from a guy who won't even kill spiders.

(12,236 posts)It helped provide winter food. We aren't there anymore in most of our Western society. Sport hunters coming into the area he grew up (B.C. Canada) have caused all kinds of problems for the local people. It is a hazard.
We have encroached on the wilderness home of wildlife and needlessly hunt them, too.
