Sorry I can't be more specific, but it seems it occurred in Northern
New Mexico near that nuclear "hub" whose name escapes me at the moment.
Heard it mentioned on radio news.

Los Alamos didn't follow procedures for packing their legacy waste. one of the barrels exploded underground.
