Man arrested AGAIN in stolen vehicle ...
A man arrested in January for breaking into a northwest Albuquerque home and sleeping in a young girl’s bed was arrested again Friday while driving a stolen vehicle.
The criminal complaint says the arresting officer had also come in contact with Heh on a Feb. 28 call. He was arrested that day for receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle and felony possession of a controlled substance.
That case was nolle prosequi March 14 ~ Bernalillo County District Attorney Kari E. Brandenburg refused to prosecute him for any charges.
