BREAKING: GOP Challenges 60K Votes in North Carolina Supreme Court Recount - Democracy Docket



A recount has begun in North Carolina’s state Supreme Court race after incumbent Democratic Justice Allison Riggs defeated Republican challenger Jefferson Griffin by just 625 votes. Now, Griffin is challenging the validity of over 60,000 votes.

2. I could get behind that, we know that they cheat. And getting rid of the Electoral College would be a big step.

On the news the other night they showed a comparison of those presidential candidates who won the popular vote going back to 2000 - to show that in this recent election TFG got almost the least of all. And on that list were Al Gore in 2000 and Hillary Clinton in 2016 since they won the popular vote in both instances.

Hence the effort to disenfranchise voters. So yes, recounts don’t work because they only change results in that handful of cases that are razor thin.
