Early Voting in the 2020 Primary runs from Thursday, February 13th Saturday, February 29th. All counties have every weekday of Early Voting open from 8 a.m. 7:30 p.m. Some counties also offer extra Saturday and/or Sunday hours.
Election Day is on Tuesday, March 3rd.

We have an open primary in Illinois. I think all primaries should be closed.
I would think that a semi-closed primary could cause a lot of extra work for election judges. It can be hard to recruit judges as it is.
