Hood told the Cincinnati Enquirer that physicians could be charged with a third-degree felony for attempting therapeutic or surgical procedures intended to alter the gender of anyone younger than 18. Parents also could file civil lawsuits against doctors for the treatment.

“My No. 1 concern, by far and away, is the irreversible nature of these procedures,” Hood said. “These procedures – most of them – lead to sterilization. And these things are not reversible.”

I think the ND guy got info from the cesspool of the fever dreams of Reddit, and it is making the rounds, Kentucky is doing something similiar
