1. I assume masks are required on every square foot of this country as in public spaces, right?

Surely for every state to not require it everywhere other than residences and maybe hiking trails is insane, so please tell me everywhere masks are required?

Because anything else means millions of us are going to die, for sure.

I know my city & county are in a deep mess.
Corona is not going away soon, and a lot more people will die directly in the US, and no idea how many millions will suffer long term effects.

In some areas of Illinois , masks are only strongly recommended. Some county sheriffs here will not enforce the governor's orders.

Things have changed drastically since we moved to phase four. I am seeing more defiance all the time.

I went through an incident at the grocery store Sunday. I will post about it when I figure out how to condense it. I don't recommend getting into it with any of those people, either. They can be crazy and violent.

7. It appears that there is no directive on how to enforce the order. The sheriff

in Butler County, one county over from me, is a racists dimwit who will not enforce and the local health dept. said they won’t enforce it either.
