How it's going in one of the Ohio counties under DeWine's mask order
So, we have been ordered to wear masks here effective last night @6pm
I waited in the car this morning while Mr. Ohiogal went into the auto parts store (properly masked, as usual).
A minivan parked across from me, two big burly guys got out, and went into the store. No masks.
After that, a pickup truck came along, parked next to the minivan. The big young dude driving it got out, went into the store. No mask.
An older fellow came out of the store and put some purchases in his trunk in the car parked next to me. No mask.
A family of 4 went into the clothing store next to the auto parts store. No masks.
Okay ... then across the street to Walmart. They were funneling everyone in and out one door which of course pushed everyone closer together.
Masks on maybe 60% which is about par with what I’ve seen the last few months. I saw a whole family, teen kids, no masks on the teens and mom and dad had their masks down under their chins. People young and old, no masks. Saw maybe a dozen people with masks over just their mouths. A young mom yelled GET OVER HERE to her little girl wandering off and she yelled it about 2 feet away from my ear, no mask.
My son came home from his shift at the grocery store and said most everyone was in compliance there, except for one woman who made a stink about it. “Our President doesn’t wear a mask!” she said.
I hope it’s going better for you Ohioans in the other 6 counties.....

Same here. I saw more masks before the mandate, too.
