(OH) 'Hundreds of machine guns': Feds indict former Addyston chief in weapons scheme

The former Addyston police chief and two Indiana gun dealers have been federally indicted on 17 counts related to a scheme involving the trade of automatic weapons, according to court documents. Former Chief Dorian LeCourse, 65, of Milford is accused of using his position to help the two gun dealers "acquire hundreds of machine guns," U.S. Attorney John Childress announced Friday. LeCourse resigned last year when the city of Addyston discovered the scheme.

The gun dealers, Johnathan Marcum, 33, of Laurel, and Christopher Petty, 57, of Lawrenceburg, took the guns LeCourse helped them acquire and resold them for a profit, according to the indictment. Federal gun laws heavily restrict the sale of automatic weapons, but law enforcement agencies are able to obtain them.

"One of those guns was an M2 .50 caliber belt-fed heavy machine gun, which ... is a vehicle- or ship-mounted weapon that is effective against lightly armored vehicles and low-flying aircraft," U.S. Attorney John Childress said.

.... recipient of those bullets.

That police chief only cares about his wallet,... and does not give a shit about his brothers in blue.

Fry his ass and his assets,... a greedy selfish creep.

But this cop especially so. What a worthless human being. I hope he gets locked away for a long time.

This why I do not trust any gun enthusiasts, none-what-so-ever.

My personal belief: guns cause insanity.
The fact that most gun enthusiasts die before the insanity takes over does not negate the premise.
