Bike charities in Portland

My brother just had a bad wreck on his bike. He's fine but the bike is not, lots of broken parts. The frame however is just fine. He's decided to just buy a new bike instead of fixing the old one. Instead of just throwing it out or storing the old frame, I suggested he donate it.Does anyone know of any organizations that help needy people with cheap or free bikes?

Its a good frame, but the rest of the bike needs work. Thanks.

Try the Community Cycling Center http://communitycyclingcenter.org Their bike shop is located at 1700 NE Alberta. They take bike donations. My son attended their bike camp for kids a couple of times and liked it. They seem to be a pretty good organization.
