lighting off one of those spinner jobs that take off. Usually like a paper flying saucer thing.

The fuse must have been a dud, and he gets in close to light the nub. He's leaning away from it but not enough. It takes off and gloms onto his face like an alien and spins! He went down and it looked like he may have really messed himself up, but it was just minor scorches! LOL

regulations for the use. That was back in late 70s -early 80, Every year he calls as we have a neighbor that uses a cannon. to set them off. Police response ---there is nothing we can do (or want to do)
