This is now the second time the Neopolitan house has been vandalized during a political season. This time, though, the vandals took it one step further.
"This morning, I got a text from my neighbor saying we were vandalized, and we got some property damage," homeowner Ralph Neopolitan said.

It was around 1 a.m. Thursday when an unknown person used red spray paint to vandalize signs around the Neopolitans' Lawrence County home. You can see the word Trump painted at the end of their driveway on Camden Avenue. Their signs, both on the lawn and on their porch, were also damaged with spray paint.
"My initial reaction was the same as it was four years ago when they did it here. They stole the signs then. This time, they just defaced them," Neopolitan said.

(3,411 posts)My thinking is that outside money is flowing in to hire people to stick signs in the ground along highways (doing so is illegal). I saw a young man scurrying to load the rear of his vehicle with such signs.
I do not think that the perpetrators who vandalized the Neopolitans' driveway were paid to do so. I think that home-grown hatred towards Dems is a part of the mix here in this county, as it is in other counties as well.

This is what Orange Julius has unleashed on us and normalized.
