Lebanon County launches new election website

LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — Lebanon County has launched a new election website.

You can look up campaign finance records, petitions, and, of course, who’s running.

The county says this will not only provide full transparency for election integrity purposes, but also help those who may seek office in the future.

“They can look to see how the documentation is filled out. Not everyone has access to it,” Sean Drasher, director of elections, said. “Almost nobody does. So a lot of people are winging this and this gives them a way for them to look and see, okay, if I want to run for school board or township commissioner or something, I can go look to see what the previous people have done and then see what’s worked.”
