Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit against a south Austin homeless navigation center "for operating as a common nuisance in violation of Texas law," according to an Office of Attorney General press release.

They don't want to address the homeless issues...they want them to go away. To some other state. Because Texas gives 0 fucks about the nation's poor and have no problem off-loading to states that do give a fuck.
