Coping During COVID-19: Virtual Student Town Meeting - March 15 at 7:30 pm
Details: Senator Bernie Sanders invites Vermont students to participate in a statewide virtual town hall meeting to discuss their experiences and the challenges they have faced as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The event will feature a conversation with a panel of Vermont high school students, followed by a question and answer session with all participants. Students will have an opportunity to speak about the issues that matter most to them and hear from Senator Sanders about ways to address the needs of students and families.
The virtual event only holds 1,000 participants. Students are encouraged to register for the event to reserve their spot so they can fully participate.
The event will also be livestreamed on Senator Sanders’ Youtube page for family members, educators, school staff, members of the media, and the general public.
