The news out of the Supreme Court today is saddening but hardly surprising.

Descano is an elected official. He was put in office by the voters of Fairfax County.

No doctor or hospital will risk their license. Thats the problem. Medical care was just given for a very wanted baby when all amniotic fluid burst at 14 weeks. The OB/GYN said there was no chance of survival. Inova gave full care. Would it be available if a law was passed?
