Chippewa Falls Mayor not seeking re-election
CHIPPEWA FALLS, Wis. (WEAU) - 74-year-old Greg Hoffman will not be seeking re-election as the Chippewa Falls Mayor.
He has served on the City Council for 24 years, 17 of those as Mayor.
A member of the WEAU staff talked to Hoffman, and he said he was debating not re-running last term but decided to do one more. He will serve through his April term.
He is looking forward to spending more time with family in lieu of some health issues lately. He thanked the community for being extremely kind and supportive and said he has learned a lot.
