This is absolutely appalling. They are blatantly trying to delay and avoid any responsibility by having the case thrown out. How does this reflect on Ontario and more broadly on Canada? 31 years in prison...

wrongful conviction and this man should be compensated to the Nth degree although we can never repay him for what we took away. Disputing him on this is disgraceful.
