Conservatives are changing copyright ads to allow any news content published

to be used in political ads without permission from broadcasters. They get to do it for free. They get to put the content in whatever context they wish. Then networks will have to air the ads. CTV thinks that it is a desperate move by Harper who can't seem to sink Justin Trudeau despite a year of negative ads. They'll try and throw the kitchen sink at him with this law.
