When he reoffends will they be able to sue the parole board? Not that that would help future victims.

I read that some victims are thinking of bringing new prosecutions against him, but I don't know how easy this would be.
At least he (presumably) won't be allowed to be a taxi driver again; but I still wouldn't feel safe anywhere near him.
