It is really hard for a Democrat to win statewide because Democrats don't turn out in the same numbers as Republicans and there is not enough vote in the Metro areas to out do the other 247 counties

Texas is too much like Florida now. No dem can win statewide too much fucking idiots here. Too much voter suppression. Texas like Florida is lost.
