Jamie Raskin’s advantage is Raskin is from Montgomery County which is in the DC Metro Area. The Democratic base in DC Metro area than the Baltimore metro area.
Jamie Raskin is serving on powerful committees.

and Jamie Raskin is, imo, comfortable exercising his expertise has he has done, as well as being well-admired through much of MD (including MoCo.)
