I use the Chrome Browser for Netflix and Amazon movies.

If I watch a movie or two on Netflix and then try to see my Amazon video list,
Chrome tells me there is no connection for that website.
If I open Firefox and look at Amazon videos, it loads quiclky.
I have tried closing all browsers and running CCleaner to clean out cookies.
Still Chrome will not load the Amazon video page.
If I restart Windows (10)then Ghrome loves both
the Amazon page and the Netflix page.

Is there some deep cookie at work here?

And there is a saying that "Flash is trash." I use Chrome for most things, but use Firefox for videos. Chrome always chokes on videos.
