"This media could not be played"

Been getting that message occasionally and now it has been enough to really annoy me. Anybody know what I have blocked or setting that isn't working. Sometimes I get a message about a player needing updating but it usually gives me an option to go ahead an play anyway. This doesn't work at all.

Firefox whatever version all updated and on win 7.

1. I had that problem with Firefox so I switched back to Google Chrome, No problem now.

I lost all my add-ons so I backed it out. Oh well.

3. If you click the date below the video, it will probably play.

That's what works for me when I get this error in FF.
