Stop Code: IRQL not less or equal

I was getting BSOD with these warnings about twice a week. I've tried all the internet options of fixing it.
Nothing has worked.
Tonight, it has happened 4 times. I don't have to be doing anything at all. It will just happen out of the "blue". (pun intended)

Anyone have any ideas as to how to fix this so I don't have to buy a new computer?

2. Sounds like a failing hard drive...

...or possibly a bad memory stick.

Iastor is a disk driver.

3. Quite often, it's bad memory

The fix-
Power down.
Remove the memory dimms.
Polish the gold fingers on the dimms with a fresh pencil eraser.
Reinstall the dimms.
Power up.

4. Take a look at this page. Sounds like IRST (Intel Rapid Storage Technology) drivers issue.
